Follow-up consults for Remedial Massage are 60 minutes, including discussion around the primary reason for the consult, treatment plan and the application of the treatment.

A Myotherapy first consult takes up to 90 minutes and includes completing an intake form, discussion about the primary reason for the consult, postural analysis, appropriate orthopaedic tests, treatment plan, application of the treatment and reassessment of the primary condition.

Follow-up consults for Myotherapy Myotherapy are 60 minutes and include discussion around the primary reason for the consult, treatment plan and the application of the treatment and reassessment of the primary condition.

Myotherapy treatment sessions may involve a wide range of treatment techniques that include basic and advanced dry needling, joint mobilisation, myofascial teachniques, massage techniques, taping and exercise perscription plans. All types of treatment within a Myotherapy consult does not attract any additional fees above the consult fee.

Dry needling is an adjunctive to manual therapy techniques, therefore dry needling is not applied as a stand-alone technique. All consults may include consideration for dry needling as an appropriate treatment approach, however, additional costs will apply to consults (other than Myotherapy consults) when used in the treatment plan.
